I’m 44, and I’ve spent many years working in healthcare, first as a nurse, and later as a team lead. I’ve always loved my work, but deep down, something was tugging at me. The feeling that every day felt like a repeat of the one before, that my path was already set, wouldn’t let go. I longed for more freedom, more meaning, and the space to decide how I want to live and work.
